Cheeseball


Cheeseball

2 tablespoons onion, diced
1 teaspoon garlic salt or garlic powder and some salt
2 tablespoons green pepper, diced
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
2 - 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
some pecans, chopped


Mix first 5 ingredients together. Divide in 1/2 and roll each in chopped pecans to form balls. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend.
